Production Process
The first step is mixer,the mixture is precisely measured and combined, it is then processed to form a green block.Next comes the impregnation process, which is carefully controlled to ensure that the special type of pitch used can penetrate the green block and provide the necessary strength and conductivity. The pitch is also designed to add to the robustness and resistance of the final product, ensuring that it can withstand the rigour of the modern manufacturing process with ease.the green block is treated again in a special, high-temperature heating process, which removes any remaining impurities, strengthens the molecular structure of the graphite, and optimize its performance.This stage is crucial in the production of UHP graphite electrodes, as it compacts the structure of the green block, increasing the density and conductivity of the finished product.
