High power(HP) graphite electrode , is mainly used for high power electric arc furnaces with the current density range of 18–25 A/cm2.HP graphite electrode is an suitable choice for manufacturers in the steelmaking, metallurgy, chemical industry, aviation and aerospace, and other fields.

Description
HP graphite electrode is made with the highest quality needle coke,petroleum coke, needle coke, coal pitch and produced by a series of strict production processes.Graphite electrode is finished with a cylinder shape and machined with threaded areas at each end.This allows for easy assembly of the electrode column using electrode nipple.
It is presently the only available product that has the high levels of electrical conductivity and the capability of sustaining the extremely high levels of heat generated in the demanding environment.
